PM Narendra Modi congratulates Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam on being elected as President of Singapore

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated  Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam on being elected as the President of Singapore. In a social media post today, the Prime Minister said that he looks forward to working closely with him to further strengthen the India-Singapore Strategic Partnership.
