Today is 116th anniversary birthday of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh. On this occasion a state level function is being organised in Khatkar kalan village of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. People from all walks of life are also expected to reach Khatkar kalan.
